In the simplest terms possible, here is the strongest argument for restricting district judges’ authority to only their district…
Imagine that, instead of the 677 district judges in the country, there was only one district judge in the entire country. Then imagine that every single time the President of the United States issued an executive order, that district judge issued a nationwide injunction against it. How long do you think the US Congress or US Supreme Court would put up with such a thing?
Well - Surprise! - that is precisely what is currently happening because the Democrat activists engaging in lawfare against Trump have a long list of activist judges who stand ready, willing, and able to issue an injunction against any executive order Trump issues.
Therefore, the Supreme Court must step in immediately and issue a stay of these unconstitutional injunctions, followed by the US Congress quickly passing legislation restricting any district judge’s rulings to only their home district.
It’s that simple.
The Liberator
It is that simple. But we have a corrupt Supreme Court.
It's almost like they meant it that way! :)
