Was There a 2nd Shooter?

And was he actually in the 2nd floor window of the two-story building behind the roof Crooks was on?

This is just a theory, but a very credible one backed-up by a 30-minute video analysis which also answers a couple of other critical questions such as…

1. If there was a counter-sniper team in the 2nd story window behind the building on which Crooks was stationed before firing his weapon, why didn’t they take out Crooks? They had a clear, 20-yard, shot at him from behind!
